  The first time I visited the practice the service was professional and friendly. The second time I came was 2 weeks after the first in order to get additional medication without a further consultation which was what I had been advised.. on my second visit I was unfortunately welcomed by JULIE! She almost immediately cut me off and told me I was wrong and that I had to make a new appointment. She was uneducated, impolite and unprofessional. Since we are the clients, she should remember she is there to represent the company and deliver a service. I will consequently not be returning. Unfortunately she let the whole company down for me.

  I phoned at 730 am said I am coming in with my daughter before I had to go to work I arrive 742 to be exact and the doctor has left. reception even told me she advised him !! DOCTORS ARE SUPPOSED TO CARE AND I BET THE GOVERNMENT PAID HIM TO WORK UNTIL THE TIME HE WAS SUPPOSED TOO !!!!!!
